Our office is located in Cape Canaveral, Florida, United States. Our US location has been serving customers around the world since 2014. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

No, we do not require accounts therefore you may add items to your cart and place your order and only supply your information during the checkout process.

How do I determine my bracelet size?

Several of our bracelets are designed to fit over your wrist. The fit of a bangle varies – snug, average or loose. This is determined by the wearer’s wrist size and preference. Measurements are helpful in determining the appropriate size bracelet.

We recommend to:

Close your fingers together just as you would when you slide a bangle over your hand.

Use a flexible measuring tape, string, or strip of paper and wrap it snugly around your hand at the widest point. Then measure the string/paper with a ruler. This is the circumference of your hand.

– For a snug fit, subtract ½” from your hand measurement
– Use your hand size measurement for an average fit
– For a loose fit, select a bangle that’s larger than your hand size

How do I determine my ring size?

Using a ring size chart is among the simplest ways to determine ring size. Wrap a strip of paper or string around your finger, hold it with no overlap. Mark the string where the two ends meet. Measure it & compare to the chart below:

 

How do I care for sterling silver jewelry?

Silver is a soft metal and to maintain the original condition of your jewelry, polish your pieces regularly using a non-abrasive polishing cloth. Silver polishing cloths and tarnish remover solutions are available at major supermarkets, hardware stores and jewelry stores. These cloths include anti-tarnish properties and are excellent for bringing silver to a brilliant shine. When you are not wearing your silver jewelry, store in a cool, dry safe place. Avoid contact with household chemicals, chlorinated water, perspiration, or any substances which contain sulfur as this may cause corrosion and tarnish. We recommend that customers remove jewelry before sleeping, swimming or participating in physical activity.

How do I care for plated pieces of jewelry?

To maintain the original condition of your jewelry, we recommend you:
-Clean your pieces regularly using a soft polishing cloth.
-Do not use any harsh chemical cleansers or abrasive cleansers on your plated jewelry.
-Excessive light, heat or moisture may deteriorate the quality the plating on the metal.
-Store like items together in a dry, safe place.

Online Purchases

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

We are unable to change customer orders and the quantity of items ordered. The only option would be to reach us before your order is processed so that we can cancel the order and you can re-order with the revised items.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

All items generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. Our standard domestic shipping method is with USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery once the package has been accepted with the postal service. We also do offer expedited shipping options – USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) & USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 days).

Our standard international shipping method is with USPS First Class International Package Service which typically takes 15-25 days for delivery depending on location. We also do offer USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 days) and USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days).

The shipping charges are automatically calculated based on quantity, location, and the size and weight of the required packaging.

Contact us if your order has not been delivered after 14 days for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders.

Can I exchange or return my item?

Yes, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days – your purchase amount will be refunded to you as soon as the item has been returned to us and inspected for quality.
